This is the construction of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline, power transmission lines and fiber-optic communication Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan.
Turkmenistan has already implemented a number of infrastructure projects with the participation of Afghanistan, supplies its southern neighbor with electricity at preferential rates, is building a railway branch in Afghanistan, and regularly provides humanitarian assistance to the Afghan people.
