Digitalization of the financial and economic system to help the private sector

With the introduction of new digital financial instruments in Turkmenistan, it became necessary to improve the information security of the relevant infrastructure. At the same time, a high degree of its protection is ensured not only by the latest software, but also by the professionalism of workers in the specialized sphere.
To improve the level of information security, the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan organizes advanced training courses for its employees and heads of regional departments. The training takes place in an online format and allows students to master the necessary skills and gain knowledge without interrupting their main activity.
Currently, new databases are being created in Turkmenistan, which may contain important information provided by individuals and legal entities, including entrepreneurs. Ensuring the secure storage of this information is one of the most important conditions for the transition of the national economy to digital rails.
In order to digitize the national financial and economic system, the Ministry of Finance and Economy is gradually introducing the latest equipment into operation. Theoretical and practical classes in information security and related disciplines help ministry employees to quickly master new technologies and, at the same time, improve the reliability of digital data protection.
"Updating the digital infrastructure of the ministry helps to increase labor productivity, improve electronic document management,” said Guvanch Shamukhammedov, head of the computer technology department of the Ministry of Finance and Economy. - For legal entities and individuals, new digital services are being introduced, which help them to quickly and easily resolve issues related to paying taxes, participating in tenders and performing other financial transactions through the website e.fineconomic.gov.tm.
These digital services can also be used by entrepreneurs who contribute to the development of a market digital economy in the country.
