The co-working-centre will hold the seminars devoted to protection of business reputation


A four-week course on protection of honour, advantage and business reputation will be organised in April by the co-working-centre «Ish nokady».
At present, legal knowledge and legal literacy are the basic guarantees for protection against encroachments on honour, advantage and business reputation, therefore acquaintance with action themes will be interesting not only for the citizens directly connected with jurisprudence.
Acting lawyer Arslan Bakgalov, who possessed a wide experience and rich practice, will become a speaker of the actions which are divided into four sessions.
The first session which will pass on the ninth of April, is called «Concept of honour, advantage and business reputation. It will highlight encroachments on honour, advantage and business reputation. How one can understand that your honour and advantage are encroached».
At the second action concrete steps which are necessary for undertaking in case of encroachments on honour, advantage and business reputation will be considered.
The topic of the third seminar will be not only a theoretical material, but also the practical task devoted to drawing up of the statement. During this course listeners learn how correctly to prepare the petition for protection of honour, advantage and business reputation and how to operate, if the person extending a damaging evidence, it is not known.
At the final action participants will get acquainted with the theme «Operating regulatory legal acts providing punishment for encroachment on honour, advantage and business reputation». As within the limits of the meeting the practical lesson simulating litigation will be conducted.
