"Turkmengaz" began industrial development of a new deposit

State Concern "Turkmengaz" has begun industrial development of a new hydrocarbon deposit “Agarguyi”, located near the "Malay" field. Two wells drilled by the "Turkmengeologia" corporation gave an inflow of "blue" fuel.

According to the concern, at present more than 300 thousand natural gas is sent daily from the Agarguyi deposit to the Turkmenistan-China transnational gas pipeline.

At present, at the Agarguyi deposit, drilling is underway on the third production well, the design depth of which is 3.3 thousand meters. Drilling work is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year.
