Turkmenistan and Turkey signed eight agreements


President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan took part in the ceremony of signing agreements between the two countries following talks in Ashgabat on Saturday.
The leaders of the two countries adopted a joint statement including 9 articles. Also, eight bilateral documents were signed at the intergovernmental and interdepartmental level.

Thus, the governments of Turkmenistan and Turkey signed an Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Healthcare and Medical Sciences and a Memorandum of Understanding and a regulation on a joint Turkmen-Turkish secondary school.

The Central Banks of the two countries signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation. A Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the field of the protocol was also signed between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and Turkey.

A Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation was signed by the State Committee of Turkmenistan on Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography and the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT).
The State News Agency of Turkmenistan (TDH) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation with TRT and a Cooperation Agreement with the Anadolu News Agency.

Another Memorandum of Understanding is on cooperation in the field of horse breeding between the State Association "Turkmen Horses" and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Turkey.
