Turkmen gamers will compete in the CIS e-sports tournament
From March to April 2019, an international online DOTA 2 tournament will be held among teams from the CIS countries.
Turkmenistan at the "CIS Cup" will be represented by the finalists of the national tournament - "Turkmenistan Cup 2019", the team of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan "Galkynysh" and the representative of the multigaming organization "Nusay Arena", which were selected as a result of a successful performance in the domestic championship of the country.
24 teams took part in the Turkmenistan Cup, including from Ashgabat, Mary and Lebap regions and the city of Turkmenbashi.
"Galkynysh" and "Nusai" were among the leaders of the championship, and in fact confirmed the status of favorites. The final turned out to be enchanting, the standoff lasted about five hours and ended with the victory of the UIET team with the score 3: 1.
The flagships of the Turkmen eSports at the CIS Cup will compete with the best gamers from Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Uzbekistan. All matches will be held on the automated platform of the ESM.zone system and will be broadcast online.
