Babadaykhan textile enterprise was awarded international quality certificates


The new textile enterprise, which has been put into operation today in the Babadaykhan region of the Ahal velayat, has been awarded a number of international quality certificates.
This was announced during the opening ceremony of the complex, which unites the spinning, dyeing, weaving factories and sewing factories, which were seen by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
In general, the complex will annually produce 3.3 thousand tons of high-quality yarn, 20 million square meters of fabrics and 3.5 million units of finished garments, some of which will be exported.

At the opening ceremony of a new large object of the textile industry of Turkmenistan, representatives of the world famous manufacturers of industrial technological lines, in particular the Swiss company Rieter Management, which has been cooperating with Turkmenistan for 30 years and is ready to develop mutually beneficial ties, spoke via video link.
Rieter Management issued a certificate to the Babadaykhan complex for equipping it with advanced spinning equipment. A similar certificate was also issued by the Belgian company Picanol, which only this year supplied 210 pieces of equipment for two textile complexes of Turkmenistan (Kaakha and Babadaykhan).

In turn, the Turkish organization Alberk QA Personel Belgelendirme ve Akademi Hizmetleri A.Ş., which is engaged in personnel certification, confirmed the high level of adjustment of the production process in the Babadaykhan textile complex with ISO (9001, 14001, 45001, 10002) and SA 8000 quality certificates.

Also, the new enterprise was awarded the Oeko-Tex Standard certificate, which establishes restrictions on the use of chemicals for products from textile materials and testifies to the environmental friendliness of products.

The German companies Monforts and Monforized, specializing in the textile industry, have issued certificates for technological equipment to the Babadaykhan complex.

The new enterprise in Babadaykhan has created 1,150 jobs for the residents of this district of the Akhal region.
