ES «Eziz doganlar» will construct a factory for manufacture of ceramic tile and sanitary ware
The Ministry of Industry and Construction Production, according to the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, will conclude a contract with one of the famous private enterprises in Turkmenistan - ES «Eziz doganlar» on designing and building of a large factory for manufacture of ceramic finishing tiles and sanitary ware.
The factory with an annual capacity of 3 million 300 thousand square metres of ceramic tile and 120 thousand pieces of sanitary ware will be constructed in Baharden district of Akhal.
Considering requirements of the large scale building in Turkmenistan, for erection of enough large factory tight terms were given - Turkmen businessmen should begin the factory’s erection next month, and to start up its operation - exactly through two and a half years.
Besides its own manufacture, Economic Society «Eziz doganlar» was assigned to the motor and railway roads to the factory for delivery of raw materials and sending of production, systems of electric [power, water and gas supply and also communications.
As ORIENT was informed in ES «Eziz doganlar», manufacture of products from sanitary faience - difficult enough technological process which infringement sharply changes operational characteristics of production.
In the simplified way, it looks so: for manufacture of household sanitary equipment, faience ceramics received at mixing of white clay with quartz and kaolin is used more often.
The feedstock received from this mix is subject to stage-by-stage baking up to temperature above thousand degrees. Then production is exposed to drying at temperature of 600 degrees, and only after that, pottery is covered with glaze.
At the final stage, the feedstock is exposed to last baking. After that, production gets high operational qualities.
