According Hussein Al-Musallam, General and Technical Director of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), Turkmenistan has created all the necessary conditions for holding the Olympic Games in the future, reports the Ghana News Agency. The impressive opening ceremony of the 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, held on 17 September and the high organizational level of the program tournaments unfolding on all the venues of the Ashgabat Olympic complex, lay powerful preconditions for the hosting of sports events of a global scale. Expressing gratitude to the government of Turkmenistan for the creation of the Olympic town, Al-Musallam stressed that the infrastructure facilities built there serve as an investment not only into the future of the sports, but also in the further progress of the Turkmen state.  The Olympic Council of Asia is an international Olympic organization, headquartered in Kuwait, currently unites 45 national Olympic committees of Asian continent. The OCA events include  Asian Games (indoor and martial arts, youth, beach and winter games), as well as regional competitions - Central Asian, East Asian, South Asian, Southeast Asian and West Asian.
