The President of Turkmenistan awarded the honorary title to the members of the State Security Council
President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a decree on awarding the honorary title “Türkmenistanyń Watan goragçysy” to the members of the State Security Council. By the decree “For great services in protecting the state sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity, constitutional system of independent neutral Turkmenistan, ensuring law and order”, the title was awarded to the Vice-Premiers – Secretary of the State Security Council, Lieutenant General Charymyrat Amanov and Chairman of the Supreme Control Chamber, Colonel Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The honorary title was awarded to the Defense Minister Major General Begench Gundogdyev, the Minister of Internal Affairs Major-General of police Mammethan Chakyev, the Attorney General, state counselor of justice, 3rd class Batyr Atdaev, Chairman of the Supreme court Guvanchmyrat Ussanepesov. The title “Türkmenistanyň Watan goragçysy” was given to the Minister of National Security, Colonel Gurbanmyrat Annaev, the head of the State Border Service, Colonel Yazgeldi Nuryev, the Minister of Justice Begmyrat Muhamedov, the chief of the Presidential Security Service Colonel Dovletgeldi Meredov, the Chairman of the State Customs Service Lieutenant-Colonel Maksat Hudaikulyev and Chairman of the State Migration Service Lieutenant-Colonel Bekmyrat Ovezov.
