Kopetdag is the winner of the first Futsal Super Cup of Turkmenistan
Ashgabat "Kopetdag" in the dramatic match for the scenario, beat "Denizchi" from Turkmenbashi in the penalty shootout 4:4 (3:1).
The idea of identifying the strongest champion and winner of the country's Cup in a dispute was implemented for the first time and fully justified itself.
The Kopetdag players opened the score already in the 6th minute of the match, the ball was cut off from the foot of Mirjafar Sadigov and foully flew into the goal. In order to equalize the situation in the match, the Turkmenbashynians took seven minutes, after which Gylychmurad Gylychmuradov scored.
In general, in the first half, the players were more restrained, and they played a safe 20-minute ending in defense.
The second half was divided into conditional two halves, Denizchi dominated in the first, realized two goals, however, at the cost of optional fouls that played against them in the end.
Kopetdag ensured that the opponent broke the rules, earned the right to a 10-meter hit (double-penalty) and reduced the backlog to a minimum. And two minutes before the final whistle snatched a draw and turned the match into overtime, a brilliant blow came from Arzuvguly Sapargulyev.
The audience is clearly satisfied with this alignment, but the most interesting thing was to come. In extra time, Denizchi shows the class again, Alexander Tareev bursts into the penalty area with the ball and for the second time in the match takes his team forward.
It was already difficult for Kopetdag to recoup, but nevertheless they could do it. In the final minutes, Arzuvguly Sapargulyev, who once again saves his team from losing, succeeds in a precise strike.
In the post-match penalty shootout, Kopetdag scored three out of three and became the first owner of the Super Futsal Cup of Turkmenistan-2019.
