British IT specialists held a presentation for colleagues from Turkmenistan
Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Smart Cities were the main topics of presentations made by UK technology experts to Turkmen colleagues. The online meeting was organized by the Department of International Trade (DIP) at the Embassy of the United Kingdom in Ashgabat.
During the session, British experts shared their experience in the implementation of information technologies developing in the UK. The successful cooperation in this area with the CIS countries was also noted.
Representatives of the leading IT companies of Turkmenistan – “Turkmen Tranzit”, “Akylly Tilsimat” and others, who attended the event, expressed interest in using the developments of foreign experts. British specialists also mentioned the possibility of mutually beneficial cooperation, inviting colleagues to participate in the Tech Week UK event, which will be held in Istanbul in an online format.
Turkmenistan pays great attention to current trends in the IT sector. Annually held exhibitions of the achievements of Turkmen specialists in the field of information and communication technologies become a kind of platform for demonstrating new products of domestic production.
Today, work is underway in the country on the construction a project created taking into account the use of technologies of the future. There are also contests where young professionals can submit their digital developments.
