Objects of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan to be put up for auction for the sale of state property
The Central Bank of Turkmenistan will auction a number of its trade buildings in Ashgabat, built between 2012 and 2016, for the sale of state property. This follows from the list of objects subject to denationalization published in the official Turkmen press today.
The highest initial price is indicated for the shopping center at “10 Yil Abadanchylyk”, building 162, block "A". It will cost a potential buyer 2 million 878 thousand 763 manat. The lowest price - 1 million 354 thousand 788 manats - is indicated for the shopping center on A. Niyazov Avenue, building 153, block "Ch".
Also, the Central Bank will put up for auction six stores at once along G. Ezizov Street, which are located in house number 13, built in 2016.
In total, 31 objects will be put up for auction, which belong to the Central Bank, the Ministries of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations, Agriculture and Environmental Protection, Bank "Turkmenistan", State Corporation "Turkmengaz", the state association "Turkmenkover", as well as the mayor's offices of Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary regions.
The auction will take place on September 16 in the building of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan at 10.00 Ashgabat time.
