The foreign trade enterprise «Turkmen textiles» was transformed into OJSC

President Berdimuhamedov during the meeting of the government on Friday signed the resolution according to which the foreign trade enterprise "Turkmendokma" of the Ministry of Textile Industry will be transformed into open joint-stock company.

As the basic founder of "Turkmendokma" («Turkmen textiles») OJSC will act the Ministry of Textile Industry with shares in the authorised capital stock at a rate of 90 %. The others 10 % of individual share will be brought by the marketing centre «Altyn asyr» of the same ministry.
