In Akhal with participation of the head of Turkmenistan a full cycle textile complex was opened
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on Wednesday took part in the opening of the large textile enterprise constructed in Kaka district of Akhal region.
The new complex with a full cycle of manufacture is designed for processing of 5 thousand tons of fine-fibered cotton a year with a manufacturing capacity of over 3,6 thousand tons of yarn. Here technological lines for production of 12 million square metres of fabrics a year were adjusted, and sewing shops will already give out finished goods from them.
All equipment established at the enterprise is from leading world manufacturers. A total cost of the project is 147 million 850 thousand US dollars.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov familiarised with the machines of the Kaka enterprise, having gone round it by electric car and having visited different industrial sites, having had a talk with experts and the personnel.
At the spinning mill of the complex the head of the state was told that here for the first time in the country manufacture of yarn of a special grade "penye compact “started, there are installations for release of mixed yarn. The president visited also a weaving mill, dyeing shop and a sewing manufacture.
One more similar complex with a cost of 151 million 800 thousand US dollars, is now completed in other district of Akhal - Babadaykhan. Its capacity - 3, 3 thousand tons of yarn, 20 million square metres of fabrics and 3, 5 million garments.
