President of Turkmenistan returned Toyliyev to the post of Deputy Prime Minister
During the extended government meeting, President Berdimuhamedov made a number of key personnel reshuffles.
Thus, the Turkmen leader dismissed from posts for serious shortcomings in work: Deputy Prime Minister Mammetmyrad Geldinyyazov, who oversaw the spheres of science, education, healthcare and sports, and Minister of Education Orazgeldi Gurbanov and Deputy Minister of Health and Pharmaceutical Industry, head of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Service Arslangylych Gylydzhov who were in his subordination.
Sapardurdy Toiliev was appointed to the vacated post of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, who in the recent past held the responsible posts of Deputy Prime Minister, chairman of the committee on sports and tourism (during preparation for the 2017 Asian Games), and president of the Academy of Sciences. The last of them - the head of the AST - was reserved for Sapardurdy Toylyevich.
Berdimuhamedov entrusted the post of the Minister of Education to Gurbangul Atayeva, Myrat Mammedov became the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Health, and A. Redzhepov was appointed Director General of the Department of Centers of Infectious Diseases.
