What the Taliban representatives told the press after the meeting in Ashgabat

At the end of the meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, representatives of the political office of the Afghan Taliban made a statement to the press, in which they expressed gratitude to the Turkmen side for the invitation and hospitality. Taliban officials said the talks, during which they gave a positive assessment of Turkmenistan's policy towards Afghanistan and many years of political and economic support, were held in an open and friendly atmosphere. The Taliban movement announced its full support for the implementation of infrastructure projects in Afghanistan, initiated by Turkmenistan, in all their aspects, namely TAPI, TAP and the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan railway.
