The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan stood for the soonest normalisation of conditions in Afghanistan


Officially Ashkhabad stands for the prompt normalisation of conditions in Afghanistan and expresses confidence that new state institutes in this country will be established in the near future in the legal field and with wide participation of all ethnic groups living in Afghanistan, the press-service of the foreign policy department of the country has stated.
In the message it is said that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan continues to watch closely development of the situation and events in Afghanistan and thereupon especially underlines that, being based on friendship and good neighbourhood principles, and also proceeding from historical and cultural-civilized commonality of the people of two countries, Turkmenistan always was and remains deeply interested in the internal political stability and safety of Afghanistan, well-being of the brotherly Afghan people.
Thus, Turkmenistan is the firm adherent of peaceful solution of all issues of the Afghani problematics by means of political -diplomatic means and methods.
Being a good neighbour of Afghanistan and the state with the status of permanent neutrality, recognised by United Nations, Turkmenistan will continue the activity aimed at rendering of all-round assistance to the Afghani people in establishment of peace, civil consent and stability in the country, economic, social and humanitarian development of Afghanistan.
