The Japanese Prime Minister stated his intention to expand the dialogue with Turkmenistan
Prime Minister of Japan Yoshihide Suga in his message to president of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov congratulated that in Tokyo the first medal of the Olympic Games in weightlifting among women in the history of the country was won.
The Japanese Prime Minister noted good dynamics of interstate relations and welcomed the appointment of deputy chairman Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the post of co-chairman of the intergovernmental Turkmen-Japanese committee on economic cooperation.
Suga also on behalf of the government of Japan congratulated Berdimuhamedov on the completion of the building of the gas turbine power stations in Lebap with participation of the Japanese company, and stated his intention to promote further development of mutual relations and expansion of contacts on the Dialogue platform Central Asia + Japan.
