Liquefied gas production is increasing in Lebap

For seven months of this year specialists of the department for the production of liquefied gas of the Lebap region increased production by 6.8% compared to the same period of the last year, the official website of the State Concern “Turkmengaz” writes.

Gas workers produced about 44 thousand tons of liquefied gas. The production of gas condensate, which is a valuable raw material for the Seydi oil refinery, increased in the region by 39.5% -to 36.6 thousand tons.

The main share of petrochemical output produced at the enterprises of the region is sold for export. The stable growth in product output also ensured an increase in foreign supplies compared to January-July 2020.
