The Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan Charymyrat Purchekov and the head of the Ministry of Energy and Industry of Kyrgyzstan Doskul Bekmurzaev signed an agreement on the export of Turkmen electricity to the Kyrgyz Republic.

An agreement was reached on the supply of 501.9 million kilowatt-hours of electricity from Turkmenistan to Kyrgyzstan from August to December 2021, the Kyrgyz media write, citing the press service of the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
