The presidents of the Central Asian countries will sign the Treaty of Friendship, Good Neighborliness and Cooperation

The leaders of Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan instructed the foreign ministers to prepare for signing at the next Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of the Central Asian region a Treaty of Friendship, Good Neighborliness and Cooperation for the Development of Central Asia in the 21st Century.
Also, the foreign affairs agencies have been entrusted with the task of preparing proposals on the timing and venue of the fourth Consultative Meeting and developing topical issues on its agenda.
These provisions are enshrined in separate paragraphs of the Joint Statement following the consultative meeting of the heads of state of the region held in Avaza.
