The President of Turkmenistan made appointments in the power structures
President Berdimuhamedov, Supreme Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, during a meeting of the State Security Council on Tuesday, by his decree appointed Captain 2nd Rank Meilis Byashimov as Rector of the Naval Institute of the Ministry of Defense of Turkmenistan, having previously relieved Colonel Serdar Yalkabov from this post.
Also, the Turkmen leader appointed Major Batyr Rejepov as the head of the migration service in Ashgabat, relieving Major Khakmyrat Mukhammedov from this post, and police major Begenchmyrat Atashov as the head of the police department of the Akhal region, police lieutenant colonel Myrat Babagulyev-deputy minister of internal affairs.
The President of Turkmenistan severely reprimanded the head of the main armament department of the Ministry of Defense Shirmat Babanazarov.
