Foreign Minister of Qatar will arrive in Turkmenistan
The possibilities of organizing the visit of the Qatari Foreign Minister to Turkmenistan were among the topics discussed on Thursday at the meeting of the Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Berdiniyaz Myatiev with the Ambassador of Qatar Mubarak bin Abdurrahman Al-Nasr, who is completing his diplomatic mission in the country.
“The diplomats stressed the importance of organizing visits at the highest and high levels for the development of interstate relations,” the website of the Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan writes about this meeting.
The parties also confirmed their mutual interest in building up trade and economic ties and noted the role of the intergovernmental joint commission on trade and economic cooperation, the next meeting of which will be held shortly.
