The date of the next auction for the sale of state property is scheduled
The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan will hold the next auction for the sale of state property on June 28. This announcement appeared in the official Turkmen press today.
Currently, it is known about 15 lots that will be put up for auction. The facilities belong to the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, the State Concern "Turkmengaz", the State Association "Turkmenhaly", the mayor's offices of the city of Ashgabat, Lebap and Mary regions.
The lowest initial price was set for the cafeteria of the Construction and Installation Department No. 9 of the “Marygurlushyk» Association in the Takhtabazar district of the Mary region. It can cost potential buyers 19,129 manats.
The most expensive lot is the “Altyn Sahra” market built in 2009 in the Oguzkhan district of the Mary region. Its initial cost is estimated at 3,224,892 manat.
