By the Order of the management of "Turkmengaz", "Turkmennebit" State Concerns and Ministry of Finance and Economy in Turkmenistan the Procedure for approval of the level of subcontractors in petroleum operations has been adopted.
The contents of the document were published on the site of the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan.
The approval of the Procedure will promote perfection of taxation of subcontractors who carry out petroleum operations, can be both residents, and non-residents of Turkmenistan.
