The workshop was conducted by Valentina Grigorieva, a certified management consultant with ten years of experience working with small and medium-sized businesses in Kazakhstan and Russia.
The workshops consisted of general online lectures and hands-on one-to-one online meetings with interested companies, during which entrepreneurs were able to develop and adapt the proposed systems for their own firms.
