Days of the Economy of the Federal Republic of Germany to be held in Turkmenistan
The organization of the Days of the Economy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Turkmenistan in the near future was discussed during a video meeting between Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov and Executive Director of the Eastern Committee of German Economy Michael Harms.
Discussing ways to enhance business ties between the two countries, the interlocutors spoke in favor of resuming the practice of Turkmen-German business forums, and also agreed to hold a meeting in the format of a video conference between the heads of relevant ministries and departments of Turkmenistan and the trade and economic circles of Germany.
Effective interaction in the banking sector, in particular with Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank, was named as an example of successful long-term cooperation.
