Presidents of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan discussed plans for 2021

Presidents of Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan held today a telephone conversation. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Shavkat Mirziyoev exchanged New Year's congratulations and wishes and discussed the schedule of forthcoming actions within the limits of bilateral contacts and on a platform of international structures, first of all the United Nations Organization. Leaders agreed to increase interaction between two countries in trade, industry, agriculture and transport and agreed to hold the next year a busy program of business and cultural actions, informs UZdaily. Presidents also considered issues of preparation for the next consultative meeting of heads of the states of Central Asia in the upcoming year.
