UIET enterprises have increased trade turnover since the beginning of the year by 5.4%
The turnover of enterprises-members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan increased by 5.4% over the past five months of this year compared to the same period last year.
This was reported at a meeting on the performance of the trade complex and the UIET in January-May 2021.
Report included the information that during the reporting period the money turnover increase has totaled 3.1% for the private enterprises providing services to the population, and 1% for companies carrying out construction and installation works.
In January-May 2021, industrial and agricultural production in the private sector increased by 6.6% and 26%, respectively.
Furthermore, the number of UIET members has increased during the indicated period by 7% to become 26 thousand 200.
