As ORIENT already wrote, this week in Turkmenistan will be hot. In this situation, residents of the country are advised to shelter from the direct rays of the sun, drink more water and, if possible, not go outside in the middle of the day, when the temperature reaches maximum values. This is especially true for young children, the elderly and those with cardiovascular health problems.
