Recreation in Avaza - the topic of the meeting with the President of Turkmenistan


The issues of vacationers' stay at the Caspian Sea during the summer season became the topic of the meeting, which President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held by video link with the leadership of the Center for Management Center of Recreation in the Avaza national tourist zone.
Nurmukhammet Amannepesov, Minister of Health and Medical Industry and Head of the Center for Management of Recreation at the Avaza NTZ, reported at the meeting that more than 2.2 thousand vouchers to seaside health resorts have been registered to date. Their owners received the appropriate permits from the State Migration Service, they were also vaccinated against COVID-19.
Avaza hotels also have ambulances, pharmacies and staff. For citizens arriving on vacation, a transfer to hotels is provided. Express testing for COVID-19 has been established at the parking lot at the Avaza NTZ. In addition, PCR machines have been installed in a number of places.
Berdymukhamedov instructed the Center during the holiday season - from June 1 to September 1 - to keep the coordination of work in Avaza under unremitting control, to regularly analyze the epidemiological state of the seaside resort.
