In sports, something like this can happen as someone up to 12–13 ages, or even up to 16 ages, does not develop, and then comes out at 20 ages to become an Olympic champion at 21 age. Competitions help to develop not only sports or fighting skills, but also to contribute to improve moral and human qualities.
