The Athletic Sports Federation of Turkmenistan held a webinar
Within the limits of the joint project of Athletic Sports Federation of Turkmenistan (ASFT) and Federation of Bodybuilding and Sports of Uzbekistan a webinar was held with participation of Uzbek expert, master of sports of international class in bodybuilding Anton Perov. In the webinar athletes and trainers of ASFT from Ashkhabad, Dashoguz, Turkmenbashi, Mary and Istanbul took part.
Anton Perov is the champion of Asia in bodybuilding, absolute champion of Central Asia and repeated champion of the Republic of Uzbekistan in bodybuilding. Now he is engaged in coach’s activity.
Anton Perov shared his experience and knowledge with Turkmen coaches and athletes, in particular he gave practical recommendations of the technique and system of trainings in bodybuilding and fitness, nutrition and preparation for competitions. Participants of the online meeting could ask questions they were interested in and also discuss recent trends in the bodybuilding and fitness world.
Bodybuilding is one of the youngest sports for Turkmenistan which started to develop in the country since 2014. The given webinar provided a fine possibility for Turkmen athletes to expand theoretical knowledge with a view of further perfection in the field of bodybuilding and fitness.
The Athletic Sports Federation of Turkmenistan includes five kinds of disciplines: powerlifting, bodybuilding, arm-wrestling, strongman and mas-wrestling.
