About Asian Cup
- First of all, I am glad that after 15-years break we are again at such a big sport event, which gathers the best teams of Asia. As to the tournament, I would say that, above all, it was an experience for us. For many football players such games make to feel what the Asian Cup is and to understand the resistance, which is much higher than at home championship. There is no pardon for mistakes. As to result, many people criticize our performance at the AFC Cup – three defeats in three matches. I would advise to have a look from another point of view. For us, we appear at this big tournament for the second time only. Let us have a detailed look to all games we had: Japan v Turkmenistan, we played well in the first half of the match and lead on opponent’s serve. However, there was not enough experience to enjoy the advantage and play more competently. I cannot blame anyone of guys, who rare have such chance. Turkmenistan v Uzbekistan, we started playing more confident, missed two goals at the counterattack and then there was no way back, it was hard, we had to go forward, and missed two goals more. Oman v Turkmenistan, we played more in defense, we were good enough until missed the ball, and then we equalized the game. Again, we had not enough concentration in the end, as a result, missed the second and third balls.
About fans
- I would to say many thanks to the fans of Turkmenistan! You would not believe, but there was many positive emotions! Maybe there were some negative ones also, but I did not see them. Many people are get known and understand the football rules very well. Our compatriots – about 30-40 people – who came to the stadium, say that they never were the football fans at all before, but the seeing the match, where the team of native country plays, gives a completely different emotions. We received the lines from fans from all over the world, many thanks to everyone who really supported the team and believed us to the last.About the future development of football in Turkmenistan
- I think that the specialists who are currently involved in football training should get more job practice abroad. Many skills of a football player are gained during childhood. We need children’s coaches to be more professional, for this, they have to go abroad and see how young people are trained in Europe, what special attention to be paid for and to teach the young players here in Turkmenistan the same way.About Czech Championship
- I got used very easily there, although there was language problem. During first six months, there was some communication issue since I did not understand Czech language, while they did not speak either English or Russian. It was hard a bit, but Tomas Hübschman helped me. He played for FC Shakhtar Donetsk and helped me to communicate in Russian. As to playing football, there were no problems at all.
About debut in Czech First League club Baumit Jablonec
- When I joined Jablonec, the fourth round of the Czech Championship was already under way. As soon as I fixed the visa issues and received a work permit, I was involved into the game process. In the first match, I played at the substitution against Sparta, and at the next game, I was included to the first team. The coaches and management welcomed me a lot. I felt like everyone believed in me and the teammates gave me support a lot. The club has a tradition in the club – after first game, every newcomer should sing a song at a team dinner. I took a chair and sang the song “I am happy” by Grigory Leps, and the guys sang together with me.About UEFA Europa League Match Jablonec v Ajax
- I had a good moment in that match, but, unfortunately, I missed the attempt. At that game, Cillessen was the goalkeeper of Ajax. Sometime later, I was remembering that I had not scored to Jasper before he transferred to Spanish club Barcelona. Honesty saying, just before the start of the match against Ajax, I had many thoughts like that I, a player from Turkmenistan, stay here, at Amsterdam-Arena, and there is no way back. Now, I will play in the match, and here I should introduce not only myself, but I should represent my country also. The thoughts about my background, all the training, how much I worked on myself, give me a great support. If you bring all your desire from beginning to end into the game, you will become great player.
About career aspirations
- I still have a six-month contract with Slavia. I think, there are will be some new challenges for me. There are three options: I remain to playing for SK Slavia Prague, or I will play on loan in another football club, or I will be looking for new opportunities to jon another club. Assessing my capabilities, I would mention two countries where I would like to try myself – Turkey and Germany. In addition, I would note the Russian championship also.Mingazov in Zenit - is it real?
- I love Russia very much, you know, when I played against Russian teams, I had the feeling that everything was fine. I think I could play there also. I would have no mentality and language problems. I was in FC Rostov, in the year when Bozovic, Dziuba and Jeannot played for this club. Unfortunately, FC Skonto, Latvia, did not agree with FC Rostov on the price.About defeats
- I don’t like to suffer a defeat even at trainings, I beat walls after defeat. For any football player or any athlete, it does not matter, if it is a training, a game or finals, any defeat leaves an unpleasant aftertaste.
