The first matches of Turkmenistan Futsal Championships was held in Ashgabat
Turkmenistan Futsal Championships kicks-off today in Ashgabat Olympic Complex.
The tournament opened with the exciting game between the teams of “Ahal” and “Mary”, Group A. From the first minutes of the match, “Ahal” team, the silver medalist of the last Turkmenistan Futsal Championships, achieved superiority over their rivals, demonstrating a well-coordinated game.
“Mary” tried their best to equalize the score level, making unsuccessful attempts and striking the gate of “Ahal”.
As a result, the game ended with a score of 10: 7 in favor of “Ahal” team.
The game between “Kopetdag” and “Dashoguz” teams was as tense as the Group A game. The staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan was able to distinguish themself in the first minutes of the match and continued to increase the lead rapidly.
The futsal players of the northern province of the country could not resist the growing attack of the opponent who did not give any chance for counterattack. “Kopetdag” was able to implement the conceived tactics of the game, however, “Dashoguz” managed to score three goals. The match ended with a score of 10: 3.
“Migration” of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan, the winners of the Futsal Ashgabat Open Championships, won the confident victory over the team of “Nesil” of the Institute of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs of the country with a score of 4: 1. The only goal against “Migration” was the penalty.
The very first tournament day turned out to be crushing for the “Lebap” team, who were defeated by the champions of the Balkan province “Denizchi” with a large score of 15:0.
