Futsal competition for the Neutrality Cup of Turkmenistan kicks-off

On December 5, the first round of the competitions for the Neutrality Cup of Turkmenistan in futsal among teams of various ministries, departments and universities of the country kicks-off in the Ashgabat Olympic Complex.

Group А: “Migrasiya” – “Milli Goshun” 3:2

The opening match was held between Group A payers – a team of the State Migration Service of the country “Migrasiya” and a team of the Ministry of Defense of Turkmenistan “Milli Goshun”. The team of the Migration service won the Ashgabat Open Championship last year that automatically put them to the list of favorites of this futsal competition for the Neutrality Cup of Turkmenistan. After starting whistle, the players of the migration service seized the initiative on the court, distinguished themselves three times already in the first half, and in the second half they saved the necessary score for a positive result. The final score of the match is 3: 2 in favor of the “Migrasiya” team.

Group А: “Gumrukchi” - “Talyp Sport” 3:4

In the 1st round second match, teams of the State Customs Service and the National Institute of Sport and Tourism met. The team of the customs service took the lead in the first minute and the starting point of the match was made without mistakes, after which Talyp Sport team took possession of the ball and scored three goals to Artem Talipov within four minutes, though the goalkeeper of Gumrukchi, despite the missing balls, saved the team many times. On outcomes of the match, in tense game, the Talyp Sport team won. The goalkeeper of customs service in an interview with ORIENT explained the reason of the defeat. According to Talipov, the result of the game was affected by the lack of experience of his team. The goalkeeper also added that the task for the group round is to advance from the group and promised to make every effort in the remaining two games to achieve a high result.

Group B: “DayhanBank” – “SenagatBank” 4:4

Group C: “Nesil – “Serhetchi” 13:4

The final matches of the first round aroused great interest among fans gathered in the stands, the number of which had become much larger by the middle of the day. And the teams pleased them with bright and good game. Derby teams of bank employees did not reveal the strongest team, and brought the first draw at the tournament – 4: 4. Both teams received one point in the point-collection, and now they will have to play by turn with Kopetdag. The next match was between representatives of the Institute under the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Border Service of Turkmenistan. The match, in which 17 goals were scored, ended with stormy applause from the audience. It did cost a little the future employees of the Ministry of Interior Affaires to win the match. As a result, during forty minutes of the game, the electronic scoreboard recorded the score of the match in their favor – 13: 4. The second round of competitions will be held on December 6 in the Ashgabat Olympic Complex.
