Turkmen billiard players compete at the World Billiard Championships in Tyumen
Billiard players from Turkmenistan perform at the World Billiard Championships in Free Pyramid version, which runs from November 28 to December 1 in Tyumen. The sport event gathered the masters of billiard cue from Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Moldova, Serbia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Lithuania, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Spain, Armenia, Tajikistan and Belarus. Turkmen billiard player Annamamed Annamamedov, who is a bronze winner of the Billiard World Cup in the Free Pyramid discipline, held this March in Moscow, demonstarted good results at the World Championships. The development of billiard sports in Turkmenistan received a new impetus after V Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games 2017, in which Turkmen billiard players won seven awards, being awarded second place in the team event.
