The world congratulates Nursultan Nazarbayev on his 80th birthday anniversary
First president of Kazakhstan Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev celebrates his 80-year-old anniversary.
Nursultan Nazarbayev played in the history of Kazakhstan the same large scale role what Ataturk of Turkey, Charles de Gaulle of France, Mahathir Mohammad of Malaysia, Lee Kuan Yew of Singapore did. Ability to incur responsibility, to have an accurate sight at development of the country and to be able to defend it is these lines of historic figures.
Elected by the people to the higher state post on December 1, 1991, Nursultan Nazarbayev became the first president of the young state which was at that time, from his words, «on the brink of a precipice». It was choice of time the Kazakhstan leader of national strategy adequate to realities and creations of capable model of the government, - they became a determinative of efficiency of Kazakhstan.
Nazarbayev always was interested in the development of advanced experience, he deeply studied stories of successful nations. In the early nineties Nursultan Nazarbayev quickly developed the program of reforming of all spheres of the state development and successfully carried out national modernisation. He presented his own formula of development «at first - economy, then - policy», that is initially the country counted on economic development, and already on this basis - development of democratic institutes.
Today this experience is known, as «Nazarbayev's model» or the Kazakhstan way. Its basis is the thought over and stage-by-stage state building based on the rational decision of priorities and aspiration to the ambitious purposes in the future.
The peace-loving policy of Kazakhstan promoted election of the country as the chairman in OSCE, SCO, OIC, non-permanent member of the UN Security Council for 2017-2019 and other international organisations.
In 2019 Nursultan Nazarbayev incurred again historical responsibility. Within the limits of the constitutional procedures he delegated the power to his successor Kassym-Jomart Tokayev who a bit later in the national presidential election received the trust of the Kazakhstan people and today heads the republic. On the basis of the policy of the second president of Kazakhstan in the history is the continuity of the course of a policy of the founder of sovereign Kazakhstan.
The people of Kazakhstan with special respect and gratitude celebrate today the anniversary of the leader who during his post confidently took Kazakh nationals through all tests, strengthened the young state and brought it out to a qualitatively new level of development.
