In his speech, Ambassador Katsumata mentioned the 5th Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, held in Ashgabat in September this year: “Japan will host Tokyo Olympics in 2020 and I am sure that as Turkmenistan has successfully hosted AIMAG-2017, Tokyo Olympics will be a good occasion for us to show revitalized and attractive Japan and its economy to the world.” Touching upon the traditional humanitarian area of cooperation, the Japanese Ambassador noted the financial assistance for the construction of a greenhouse for one of the Turkmenbad specialized schools for agriculture education of children with disabilities.
