Scientists told how sports can increase income

Exercising three times a week for 20 minutes a day can affect people's income growth. This conclusion was made by scientists from Cleveland State University, based on an analysis of the lifestyle of more than 12 thousand people. On average, due to insignificant physical activity, incomes can grow by 6% in men, and by 10% in women, the study says. Scientists attribute this to the fact that sports enthusiasts show a higher level of productivity due to better physical and psychological well-being. More athletic employees are more likely to get a promotion or a pay raise. Self-employed people, in turn, find more strength and motivation to develop their own business. At the same time, researchers note that there is no need for excessive physical exertion. Even 2-3 workouts per month can help improve performance.
