President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov marked on June 29 his 63rd birthday. That day the head of the state held 13 telephone conversations, receiving congratulations from his colleagues, state and public figures, and also received congratulatory telegrams from abroad. President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin who earlier sent to Berdimuhamedov a congratulatory telegram, on Monday called the Turkmen leader and warmly wished happy birthday. From his part Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, having thanked for congratulations, underlined a great value taken place in Moscow on June 24 the Victory parade in which Turkmen military men took also part. Interlocutors confirmed a mutual spirit for the further strengthening of strategic interstate cooperation. Berdimuhamedov also wished Putin successful organization of the All-Russia voting to amendments in the Constitution. President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in the telephone conversation congratulated the head of Turkmenistan on his 63rd birthday anniversary which is considered by Moslems as age of the prophet Mohammed and consequently having special symbolism. The Turkish leader wished Berdimuhamedov health, well-being and new successes at his higher state post. President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoev called the President of Turkmenistan. Besides congratulations on the birthday and best regards, heads of the neighbouring states discussed practical issues of trade relations, industrial cooperation, and transit -transport interaction and struggle against the pandemic COVID-19. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated by phone Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on his 63rd anniversary and wished him further successes in his responsible state activity for the blessing of fraternal people of Turkmenistan. During the conversation of the head of the states confirmed adherence to a deepening of a dialogue at top-level and also noted presence of favourable prospects in development of strategic partnership, especially in trade and economic spheres. Kassym -Jomart Tokayev expressed Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov his gratitude for the telegram with words of support to the first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev. On June 29 the telephone conversation of President of the Kirghiz Republic with the President of Turkmenistan also took place. During the conversation Sooronbay Jeenbekov warmly wished Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov happy birthday and wished him sound health, happiness and new successes in his responsible state activity, and to fraternal people of Turkmenistan – peace and prosperity. Heads of the states discussed at the same time a condition of bilateral cooperation and planned prospects of its development, including mutual goods turnover and business contacts. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev called Berdimuhamedov and wished happy birthday, sound health, new successes in his activity for the blessing of Turkmenistan. Interlocutors expressed satisfaction with the level of relations between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan in various areas, expressed confidence in the successful continuation of cooperation, including in the field of transport communications taking into account the geography of the countries adjoining across the Caspian sea and conclusion of energy carriers to the European markets. President of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani wished by phone the Turkmen leader happy birthday and achievement of age of the prophet - the date which is considered sacred in the Muslim world, and wished sound health, longevity and big successes in his activity for the sake of the country’s prosperity. Berdimuhamedov and Ghani also discussed realisation of projects with participation of two countries, including the TAPI gas pipeline. The head of Turkmenistan was called also by the chairman of the council of the Federation of the Federal Meeting of the Russian Federation Valentine Matvienko and Governor of St.-Petersburg Alexander Beglov, chief executive of the Turkmen-American business council Eric Stewart, adviser of the Islamic Bank of Development Ahmad Mohamed Ali Al-Madani, chairman of Management of Moslems of the Caucasus, co-chairman of the Interreligious Council of the CIS Pasha-back Allashukur and others. The congratulatory message to Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of his birthday on behalf of the government of the Russian Federation and from himself was personally sent by Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Michael Mishustin. He noted a significant personal contribution of the head of the state to development of Russian-Turkmen relations. Congratulations on his happy birthday arrived by mail to the President of Turkmenistan from Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin. «Social and economic reforms realised under your management provide dynamical development and growth of the international authority of neutral Turkmenistan confidently overcoming global calls», - is told in his message. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan expressed in his congratulatory message to president Berdimuhamedov confidence that «joint efforts will possibly enrich the agenda of mutual relations, give to Armenian-Turkmen friendly relations new quality in different areas on the basis of principles of mutual respect and trust». Congratulations on the occasion of the birthday to the Turkmen leader arrived from chairman of the Executive committee of the CIS Sergey Lebedev who expressed gratitude to Berdimuhamedov for a constructive position in further development of integration processes in the Commonwealth of Independent States. On behalf of the Government of the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation and from himself personally the head of Turkmenistan was congratulated in the written message by the governor of the Astrakhan region Igor Babushkin. Successes in his responsible activity for the sake of the bright future of the state and realisation of objects in view and plans were wished to Berdimuhamedov in the telegram by the first president of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. «Turkmenistan shows a remarkable example of consolidation of citizens without dependence from their national and religious accessory», - Cyril, the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia in his congratulation to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the happy birthday noted. Cyril expressed gratitude to the Turkmen leader for attention to needs and expectations of orthodox inhabitants of the country, and also for readiness to build constructive interaction with the Patriarchal deanery of parishes of the Russian Orthodox Church.
