The head of Turkmenistan will arrive for the Victory parade in Moscow


Ashgabat has confirmed participation of the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in solemn actions in honour of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War which will be held in Moscow as "Interfax" inform of it referring to the sources in the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation. The day before Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Ashgabat Alexander Blokhin stated that the Russian Federation expects acknowledgement from the Turkmen side of the visit to Moscow. Berdimuhamedov during the meeting on May 9 with representatives of the Russian Federation stated his intention to participate in the Victory Parade. The source in Embassy of the Russian Federation informed that acknowledgement of the visit from the Turkmen side on June 11 has been received. Kazakhstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Serbia and Croatia have confirmed their visit to Moscow on June 24 for the Victory Parade, Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov earlier informed journalists. «There is a preliminary list and now we are working on it. We … have an acknowledgement from Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, there is also a confirmed participation from Serbia, Croatia, Abkhazia, South Ossetia», - RIA Novosti news agency refers to the word of Peskov.
