Inspired by music: a solo concert by a young pianist
A young musician Kadyr Doliyev invites classical music lovers to his solo concert to be held on May 22 at his alma mater, the Turkmen National Conservatory.
The concert program is comprised of compositions by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Frédéric Chopin, Franz Liszt, as well as the coryphaeus of Turkmen music Nury Halmammedov. The musician will be accompanied by the string orchestra conducted by Tahir Atayev. People’s Artist of Turkmenistan Atageldi Garyagdyev, who will perform the works by Nury Halmammedov to piano music, will be the guest of the concert
Kadyr is a student of Vladimir Mkrtumov, Honored Artist of Turkmenistan.
“Working with such a talented musician is a great experience for me,” the pianist says. “He teaches not only the secrets of piano music, but also fosters love for the works of classical composers.”
“My whole life is connected with music,” Kadyr continues. “Shostakovich’s message reads: “Love and learn the great art of music: it will open you a whole world of high feelings, passions, and thoughts. It will make you spiritually richer, cleaner, and more perfect.” According to Kadyr, he finds himself spiritually attracted to the music of Chopin, Beethoven, Rachmaninov, Schubert, as these compositions reach the very depths of the soul.”
While still studying at a music school with Abbas Najapov, he realized that he wanted to be tied by a music. And he could not stand aside as one his brother plays accordion and another is a professional violin pl;\ayer. So, at his solo concert, Kadyr will perform with his brother Bahram Doliyev, to perform the works by the French composer Jules Massenet.
Now Kadyr is a member of the string orchestra conducted by Tahir Atayev, as well as a member of the symphony orchestra of the conservatory.
