New Consul of Turkmenistan in Astrakhan is appointed

President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has replaced a Consul of Turkmenistan in Astrakhan (Russian Federation). By the Resolution of the head of state, Atadurdy Bayramov, appointed as a Consul in June 2018, is relieved of his post due to transfer to another job. Guych Garayev has been appointed as a new diplomatic envoy of Turkmenistan in the Astrakhan region.
