The President of Turkmenistan: help to the vulnerable layers of population should remain to be a priority


President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov urged the Non-Aligned Movement to unite efforts in the solution of large-scale humanitarian issues caused by consequences of the pandemic. The Turkmen leader told about it, speaking at the online summit of the Movement in the format of A Contact Group devoted to control of the coronavirus.
«The help to migrants, refugees, vulnerable layers of population, especially in developing countries, should remain to a priority of the agenda of the Non-Aligned Movement», - the Turkmen leader noted.
In his opinion, a solidary work of the countries of the Non-Aligned Movement in ensuring global food security is extremely important.
«Unity, resoluteness and firmness of positions of countries that have not joined upon consideration of issues of providing of access of the countries and regions to food resources, maintenance of guarantees of high-quality food as an inalienable law of any person is necessary», - the president underlined.
