Positive attitude, or How a volunteer girl became a coach

Business training, studies and seminars have long become an integral part of modern business life. Training events allow you to take a slightly different look at the diverse world of the labor market and understand that even having a major profession, it is never too late to learn something new.
An example of a young resident of Ashgabat, Aylara Khojamuhammedova, is another proof of how an active civic position allows a person to develop in several areas at once. Aylara’s track record includes leadership among USAID volunteers, work at the Keik Okara youth organization’s focal point, and most recently, she has become a trainer for the UN’s comprehensive anti-trafficking program.
The young activist is already used to speaking in public, conducting business trainings and webinars. She independently develops motivational development programs, where the main and very weighty component is her personal growth from the often-ill teenager into a confident modern person. “It all depends on ourselves!” - declares a famous song, and our heroine always repeats this truth, as a mantra of success.
“At age 13, I became seriously ill, and I had to study at home, but, struggling with the disease, I decided not to give up and went in for self-development,” says Aylara. - When I recovered, I realized that I want to help people who, just like I once, cannot leave the house, just go to the store or chat with friends. I began to help people with disabilities, then my friends told me that there are public organizations where socially active youth are waiting.
The girl began to attend various trainings, and she herself did not notice how she turned into an experienced coach-coach, who has many diplomas. No, it does not give out useless advice, but helps students to clarify for themselves the goals and ideas that are inside each, but whose implementation plan, for some reason, is sometimes difficult to draw up.
- The task of the coach at the trainings is not to impose his point of view, but rather, to make the person simply believe in their own strengths. Sometimes people lack a positive attitude, and in any business, both the goal and the verified approach are important. As a trainer of personal growth, I give listeners the necessary information that each person can apply in their field of activity.
At first, the Aylara family considered her volunteer practice a frivolous affair. But at the end of school, the girl knew what she would do in the future. Thanks to classes in public organizations, Aylara successfully began to conduct her seminars, and soon her older brothers, who now listen to every advice of a young business woman, also reached out to her.
- I study every day - after all, there is no limit to perfection. The world is constantly evolving and we must try to always be one step ahead. It’s better to look for tutorials for yourself than to regret unrealized opportunities. Now, on the basis of motivational literature, I am preparing my new business training: "Rule number one - never be number two." The training is designed for the age category of people from 20 to 40 years old, it is designed for those who still cannot understand themselves and reveal their professional potential.
The fashionable and modern specialty of the coach today is becoming more popular and in demand, but not everyone is successful in this matter. Coaching remains a matter of units, but anyone can evaluate its effectiveness. Aylara Khojamuhammedova is a goal-oriented and interesting person with truly leadership qualities. She can motivate and inspire anyone to new beginnings, having told that a positive attitude is already the fourth part of the overall success.
