Deputy Minister of Education in Turkmenistan severely reprimanded

The President of Turkmenistan severely reprimanded Aknabat Atabaeva, deputy minister of education for higher and secondary vocational educational institutions. The head of state signed a decree with the wording “for improper performance of official duties, weakening control over the activities of subordinate institutions”. Aknabat Atabaeva was appointed to this position in February 2017.
