President of Turkmenistan addressed congratulations to Ashraf Ghani on his re-election as the Afghanistan president and on the International Day of Nowruz. The Turkmen leader expressed confidence that friendly and fraternal relations between Turkmenistan and Afghanistan, based on the rich experience of mutually respectful, trustful and close cooperation, will continue to develop and strengthen to the favor of the people of both countries, the TDH State News Agency reports. The Head of state wished prosperity to the fraternal Afghan people, noting that the Nowruz holiday symbolizes peace, good neighborliness, harmony, life in harmony with nature and celebrates the starts of a new day, a new beginning. “Recognized as an integral part of the cultural heritage of the mankind, this bright holiday, having absorbed high humanistic ideals, is of particular importance in strengthening solidarity and friendship between peoples,” the TDH informs citing to the message.
