The Golden Horn Brass quintet from Turkey to perform in Ashgabat

The musical quintet from Turkey “Golden Horn Brass” will perform in Ashgabat with a concert “Melodies of Anatolia” in honor of the Republic Day of Turkey, which is celebrated annually on October 29th. The concert, organized in the framework of the program of events held in our country in honor of the proclamation of 2018 "Turkmenistan - the heart of the Great Silk Road", will be held on October 28 in the Turkmen national music and drama theater named after Magtymguly.Aina BERDYYEVA
Turkey's first brass quintet, founded in 2004 by Begum Göckmen, will introduce a completely new sound to the audience, playing music from baroque to jazz genres on wind instruments - trumpet, horn, trombone and tuba. It includes Begum Gökmen, Julian Lupu, Husein Chakyr, Emre Berbergil and Renato Lupu.
In addition to performing on the big stage, the musicians of Golden Horn Brass also give numerous concerts in schools, in the open air, to demonstrate to the younger generation the true connection between music and life.
